本文利用抽样统计的方法,选取各行业中约20%的企业作为样本,结合调查数据分析了我国上市公司社会责任信息披露的现状及存在的问题,并提出了相关改进意见,希望对提高我国企业社会责任信息披露水平有一定的参考价值。
In this paper, we use the method of sampling statistics to select about 20% of the enterprises in each industry as a sample. Based on the survey data, we analyze the status quo and existing problems of the CSR information disclosure of listed companies in our country and put forward some suggestions for improvement. The level of social responsibility information disclosure has a certain reference value.
