为了提高差压铸造设备控制的稳定性与可靠性,运用计算机自动控制技术与PLC技术设计了一种差压铸造设备自动控制系统。并对系统的组成进行了分析,给出了系统的设计方案与控制实现方法,系统实现了差压铸造过程中各工序的自动化控制。实践证明,应用该系统有效地提高了差压铸造设备运行的稳定性,对于提高铸件质量和生产效益有重要的意义。
In order to improve the stability and reliability of differential pressure die casting equipment control, automatic control system of differential pressure die casting equipment is designed by using computer automatic control technology and PLC technology. The composition of the system was analyzed. The design scheme and control method of the system were given. The system realized the automatic control of each process in the process of differential pressure die casting. Practice has proved that the application of the system effectively improves the stability of the operation of differential pressure die casting equipment, casting quality and production efficiency is of great significance.
