区府广场位于宿迁市城区中东部,地处宿迁马陵山山脉东南侧,该处地形由北向南呈略低走势,其东侧为幸福路,北临市府路,西临中山路(图1),其地理坐标为东经118°17′385″,北纬33°57′277″,海拔高度为20米。通过近几年的城市考古,发现明代以前的宿迁马陵山主要是墓葬埋葬区,两汉时期墓葬尤为突出,其次是唐宋时期的墓葬。自明清时期,因黄河水患,其县治迁至此,墓葬区即向北迁移。
Located in the eastern part of Suqian City, the District Government House is located in the southeast of Suqian Maling Shan Range. The terrain is slightly lower from north to south. Since the Ming and Qing Dynasties, due to floods in the Yellow River, the county government moved to this, the tomb area that is moving north.
