The magical writing in the 1980s is mainly reflected in some Chinese novels about Tibetan themes, represented by Zhaxi Dawa’s novels. Magic writing is a very effective way to activate Tibetan novels, but there are also obvious limitations. Mainly manifested in: First, the excessive pursuit of magical reality, magic and magic, resulting in a curiosity, strange strange; Second, the magical writing about Tibet to meet the mainland’s imagination for Tibet, the essence is a “Outsider” perspective, not from “insider”. The marvelous perspective of magical writing has to a certain extent obscured the richness of the stories in Tibet.
