目的研究四维超声在胎儿畸形产前诊断中的应用价值。方法将68例妊娠胎儿随机分成两组各34例,观察组给予动态四维超声检查,对照组给予二维超声检查。结果四维超声检查出胎儿畸形32例,漏诊2例,符合率94.1%,二维超声检查出胎儿畸形25例,漏诊9例,符合率73.5%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四维超声诊断胎儿畸形图形逼真直观,准确率较高,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the value of four-dimensional ultrasound in prenatal diagnosis of fetal malformation. Methods 68 gestational fetuses were randomly divided into two groups of 34 cases. The observation group was given dynamic four-dimensional ultrasonography and the control group was given two-dimensional ultrasonography. Results Fetal malformations were found in 32 cases by four-dimensional ultrasonography in 2 cases, with a coincidence rate of 94.1%. 25 cases of fetal malformations and 9 cases of misdiagnosis were found by two-dimensional ultrasonography. The coincidence rate was 73.5%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05) . Conclusion Four-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis of fetal abnormality graphics realistic and intuitive, high accuracy, worthy of clinical promotion.
