目的:探讨外科开展健康教育的措施及效果,提高患者满意度。方法:成立健康教育小组,制定个性化健康教育方案及流程。随机选取2015年11月~2016年4月浙江省诸暨市中心医院外科收治的120例患者为观察组,实施优化健康教育;同时选取实施前患者120例为对照组。比较两组患者对外科健康教育知识掌握程度、术后康复情况及护理工作满意度。结果:观察组患者对健康教育知识掌握程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后康复情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);同时观察组患者满意度评分也显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在外科实施有效的个体化健康教育,可有效提高患者健康教育程度,提高患者生活质量。
Objective: To explore the measures and effects of surgical health education to improve patient satisfaction. Methods: The establishment of health education team, develop personalized health education programs and processes. 120 patients randomly selected from November 2015 to April 2016 in Zhuji Central Hospital of Zhejiang Province as observation group were enrolled in the study, and optimal health education was carried out. Meanwhile, 120 patients before implementation were selected as the control group. The degree of surgical health education knowledge, postoperative rehabilitation and nursing job satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The degree of mastery of knowledge about health education in observation group was significantly better than that of control group (P <0.05). The recovery of observation group was significantly better than that of control group (P <0.05). At the same time, the satisfaction score of observation group was also significantly higher In the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Effective individualized health education in surgery can effectively improve patients’ health education level and improve their quality of life.
