本文对近年来阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的有关文献进行了复习,着重综述了该综合征的临床表现及其继发症、诊断、头影测量和治疗方法,指出在应用多导程睡眠监护仪诊断该综合征后应常规行X线头影测量和上呼吸道的纤维导光镜检查,以明确致病原因和上呼吸道的阻塞部位,进而设计相应的治疗方案。文中着重总结了各手术方法的设计原理、手术步骤、适应症、手术效果、禁忌症及并发症。另外还介绍了一种非创伤性方法-呼吸道持续正压治疗法。
In this paper, we review the literature about obstructive sleep apnea syndrome in recent years, and emphatically reviewed its clinical manifestations, secondary symptoms, diagnosis, cephalometric measurement and treatment methods. It is pointed out that in the application of multi-guided sleep monitoring Diagnosis of the syndrome should be routinely performed X-cephalometry and upper airway fiber guided light microscopy to identify the cause and upper respiratory tract obstruction, and then design the appropriate treatment. The paper summarizes the design principles of each surgical approach, surgical procedures, indications, surgical results, contraindications and complications. Also introduced is a non-invasive method - continuous positive airway pressure therapy.
