由于生理、心理等原因,高中女生对体育课态度颇为冷淡,积极性不够,怕脏、怕累,常以“小团体”形式闲聊、散步。为避免传统“女生散聊式”课堂,提高高中女生体育学习的兴趣,本文从生理、心理、师生互动几个方面入手,简要谈谈激发女生参与体育运动的兴趣。 Due to physical and psychological reasons, girls in high school have a cool attitude toward physical education. They lack enthusiasm, fear of dirtyness, and are tired. They often use small groups to chat and walk. In order to avoid the traditional “girls chat” class and improve the interest of high school girls in physical education, this article starts from the aspects of physical, mental, and teacher-student interaction, and briefly discusses the interest of inspiring girls to participate in sports.
