目的探讨胃癌淋巴结增生转移与P53,nm23蛋白表达的关系.方法应用SP免疫组织化学方法,检测87例伴有淋巴结反应性增生和(或)癌转移的胃癌进行P53,nm23蛋白表达.结果P53蛋白阳性表达529%,淋巴结反应性增生比淋巴结伴有癌转移者阳性表达率低,差异有显著性(P<001).nm23蛋白阳性表达77%,淋巴结反应性增生者比淋巴结伴有癌转移者阳性表达率高,差异有显著性(P<001).结论P53和nm23蛋白阳性表达均与胃癌的淋巴结增生有关,多有相反的阳性表达,呈显著的负相关关系
Objective To investigate the relationship between lymph node metastasis and the expression of P53 and nm23 proteins in gastric cancer. Methods S-P immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of P53 and nm23 protein in 87 cases of gastric cancer with lymph node reactive hyperplasia and (or) metastasis. Results The positive expression rate of P53 protein was 52.9%. The positive rate of lymph node reactive hyperplasia was lower than that of lymph node with cancer metastasis. The difference was significant (P<001). The positive expression of nm23 protein was 77%. The positive rate of lymph node reactive hyperplasia was higher than that of lymph node with cancer metastasis. The difference was significant (P<001). Conclusion The positive expressions of P53 and nm23 proteins are related to lymph node hyperplasia in gastric cancer. There are many positive expressions of P53 and nm23 proteins. There is a significant negative correlation between them.
