对某铜选厂浮选工艺流程进行改造,在铜精矿品位不低于现场指标的前提下,采用新流程进行选矿试验。对比新旧工艺选矿结果,铜、金、银回收率分别提高了2.24,4.576,.69个百分点。对新旧工艺的中矿解离度、磨矿细度、药剂吸附量等进行研究,表明新工艺的中矿再磨工艺对中矿连生体解离效果明显;新工艺采用分段磨矿,分别解离粗、细嵌布粒度的矿物,有利于提高分选效果;新工艺精矿产品药剂吸附量较旧流程大,有用矿物的上浮概率增大,有利于回收率的提高。
