目的:评价糖尿病患者白内障超声乳化吸出联合人工晶状体植入术的疗效及并发症。方法:对32例36眼糖尿病患者行白内障超声乳化吸出,通过3.2mm 切口植入 AcrysofMA60BM 折叠式人工晶状体,通过5.5mm 切口植入 Pharmacia 812C 人工晶状体。结果:术后3天视力≥0.5者28眼占77.7%,术后一月视力≥0.5者32眼占88.8%,未见严重并发症发生。结论:糖尿病患者白内障超声乳化联合优质人工晶状体植入术具有切口小而密闭,组织损伤少,手术安全可靠,并发症少,术后效果满意等优点。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and complications of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in diabetic patients. Methods: Thirty-two eyes of 36 diabetic patients underwent phacoemulsification. The AcrysofMA60BM foldable intraocular lens was implanted through a 3.2mm incision and the Pharmacia 812C intraocular lens was implanted through a 5.5mm incision. Results: Visual acuity ≥ 0.5 on day 3 postoperatively accounted for 77.7% in 28 eyes and ≥ 0.8 eyes in one month postoperatively, accounting for 88.8% of 32 eyes. No serious complications occurred. Conclusion: Cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in patients with diabetes mellitus have the advantages of small incision and airtight incision, less tissue damage, safe and reliable operation, fewer complications and satisfactory postoperative results.
