基于理化检测分析,研究了316LN钢在不同加热温度下长时间保温的晶粒度变化规律。对试验数据进行了非线性回归,建立了描述316LN钢奥氏体晶粒度长时保温条件下的长大规律模型。结果表明,在1150℃以下,保温时间从10 h到50 h,晶粒尺寸缓慢长大;1150℃以上,保温时间从10 h到50 h,晶粒尺寸长大速度加快。通过对比试验值与模型预测值,发现拟合尺寸与实际尺寸符合度较好,验证了模型的精度。
Based on the physical and chemical analysis, the variation of grain size of 316LN steel under different heating temperatures for a long time was studied. The experimental data were non-linear regression, the establishment of a description of the 316LN austenite grain size, long-time growth under the conditions of the growth of the model. The results show that at 1150 ℃, the grain size grows slowly when the holding time is from 10 h to 50 h, while the grain size grows faster at 1150 ℃ and holding time from 10 h to 50 h. By comparing the experimental value with the predicted value of the model, it is found that the fitted size is in good agreement with the actual size, which verifies the accuracy of the model.
