任何原因的高血压最终都归结为心输出量和外周阻力的平衡失调。为了研究高血压病人血液动力学平衡失调的实质,我们采用了直接式电阻抗容积描记法测定100例高血压病人和104例正常人的心输出量及其它有关指标,探索高血压病人的血液动力学分型及其对指导治疗和判断病程的作用。
Hypertension for any reason ultimately comes down to the imbalance between cardiac output and peripheral resistance.
