目的:研究种植体周围炎患者炎性组织中RANKL及OPG基因的表达情况.方法:选择种植体周围炎患者8例,健康对照组8例,收集患者手术切除的软组织,采用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测RANKL及OPG基因在种植体周围炎组和健康对照组牙龈组织的表达情况,并对RANKL的表达与探诊深度(probing depth,PD)进行相关性分析.结果:种植体周围炎组和健康对照组均有RANKL及OPG表达.种植体周围炎组RANKL的表达量是健康对照组的(15.77 ± 12.92)倍,差异有统计学意义(P0.05).种植体周围炎组RANKL表达量与PD具有负相关关系(P<0.05).结论:RANKL表达升高可能是种植体周围炎骨破坏的重要原因.“,”Objective:To observed the expression levels of RANKL and OPG mRNA in inflamed tissue of patients with peri-implantitis.Methods:Inflamed tissue were collected from the inflamed implants of patients with peri-implantitis(n=8).Healthy gingival tissue were collected from healthy control group(n=8).The mRNA expression levels for RANKL and OPG were evaluated by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction.The relationship of RANKL and probing depth(PD) was explored by Spearman analysis.Results:The data demonstrated the expression of RANKL and OPG were detected in both groups.The level of RANKL was(15.77 ± 12.92)-fold significantly higher in peri-implantitis group than in healthy control (P0.05).Spearman analysis revealed that there was a negative correlation between RANKL level and PD.Conclusion:The raised RANKL/OPG ratio might play an im-portant role in the bone loss in peri-implantitis.
