目的确定醒脑滴丸血清药物化学。方法建立醒脑滴丸及其大鼠体内血清HPLC指纹图谱分析方法,比较醒脑滴丸给药及未给药大鼠血清的HPLC指纹图谱,通过添加对照品的方法对指纹峰进行确认。结果醒脑滴丸给药后,5个成分未被吸收或已被代谢,血中出现了18个移行成分,其中10个为原型成分,8个为代谢成分。结论初步确定醒脑滴丸血清药物化学,为进一步阐明醒脑滴丸的药理活性物质基础及其作用机理奠定了基础。
Objective To determine the serum drug chemistry of Xingnao Dripping Pills. Methods HPLC method was used to establish serum HPLC fingerprints of Xingnao Dripping Pills and its rats. HPLC fingerprints of serum of both Xingnao Dripping Pills and untreated rats were used to confirm fingerprint peaks by adding reference substance. After the administration of Xingnao Dripping Pills, 5 components were not absorbed or had been metabolized. Eighteen transitional components appeared in the blood, of which 10 were prototype components and 8 were metabolic components. Conclusion The preliminary determination of serum drug chemistry of Xingnao Dripping Pills laid a foundation for further elucidating the pharmacologically active substance basis of Xingnao Dripping Pill and its mechanism of action.
