作者通过两例ABO血型不合骨髓移植的骨髓粒单祖细胞(CFU-GM)和造血功能(外周血和骨髓)的定期连续观察,并与ABO血型相同的异基因骨髓移植比较,发现ABO血型不合骨髓移植不影响骨髓粒单祖细胞和造血功能恢复的速度,而骨髓CFU-GM恢复最快,可能成为植活的最早观察指标。
