目的研究分析综合护理干预对于老年糖尿病足患者治疗和护理效果。方法笔者随机选取了2015年3月—2017年4月期间于该院进行治疗的老年糖尿病足患者160例作为研究对象,对该160例患者实施综合护理干预手段,具体包括心理护理、血糖控制、饮食干预、服用抗生素和病足护理几种方法 ,分析经护理后患者的血糖控制情况、血压情况、创口愈合情况等疾病治疗效果。结果经护理后,所有患者的疾病症状均得到了有效的缓解和改善,其中153例患者治愈,其余7例患者转至门诊治疗。结论综合护理干预手段能够有效针对老年糖尿病足患者的疾病症状和心理情况,对其疾病的治疗有着积极作用,可在临床治疗中进行推广普及。
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the treatment and nursing of elderly patients with diabetic foot. Methods The author randomly selected 160 elderly diabetic foot patients who were treated in this hospital from March 2015 to April 2017 as the research object and implemented comprehensive nursing interventions on the 160 patients including psychological nursing, blood sugar control, Diet intervention, taking antibiotics and foot disease nursing several methods to analyze after treatment of patients with glycemic control, blood pressure, wound healing and other disease treatment. Results After treatment, all the patients’ symptoms were effectively relieved and improved. Among them, 153 patients were cured and the remaining 7 patients were transferred to outpatient treatment. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing interventions can effectively target the symptoms and psychological conditions of elderly patients with diabetic foot and have a positive effect on the treatment of the disease. They can be popularized in clinical treatment.
