前言 我院在收治的隧道工矽肺病人中发现矽肺病人的肺癌病死率高于一般人群的肺癌病死率。Milham1982年报道美国华盛顿区的铸造工人比该区一般人群的肺癌病死率高,其PMR(Proportionate Motality Rate)即比例病死率为312,开矿工人的比例病死率为179。本文从病理解剖学的观点提出一些矽肺和肺癌在病理解剖学上的关系,供同道参考。
Foreword In our hospital admitted to the tunnel workers silicosis patients found that lung cancer patients with lung cancer mortality is higher than the general population of lung cancer mortality. Milham reported in 1982 that there was a high prevalence of allied cancer in the districts of Duchy, Virginia, with a proportional mortality rate of 312 for Proportionate Motality Rate (PMR) and 179 for miners. This article presents some pathological anatomy of silicosis and lung cancer from the perspective of pathological anatomy for fellow reference.
