本文报导北京地区临床分离566株致病菌产生β—内酰胺酶的阳性率,及产酶阳性菌对21种β—内酰胺抗生素敏感度比较。产酶阳性菌用显色头孢菌素Nitrocefin鉴定。结果表明487株革兰氏阴性杆菌与79株金萄菌的产酶阳性率分别为65.5%与55.6%,产酶阴性杆菌对氨苄青霉素与羧苄青霉素均高度耐药。呋苄青霉素对产酶耐药绿脓杆菌的抗菌作用优于Azlocillin,Mezlocillin,Piperacillin,Carbenicillin,Ticarcillin,Ampicillin。产酶阴性杆菌如耐药大肠杆菌、克雷白肺炎杆菌与阴性肠杆菌对第三代头孢菌素Cefamenoxime,Cefo-taxime,Ceftazidim,Moxalactam高度敏感,MIC90为0.125—2μg/ml。三代头孢菌素有抗绿脓杆菌作用,其中以Ceftazidime作用最强。对产酶金葡菌,一代头孢菌素抗菌作用优于第三代头孢菌素。
This paper reports the positive rate of β-lactamase produced by 566 pathogenic bacteria in Beijing and the sensitivity of the enzyme-producing bacteria to 21 kinds of β-lactam antibiotics. Enzyme-producing bacteria with chromogenic cephalosporin Nitrocefin identification. The results showed that 487 strains of Gram-negative bacteria and 79 strains of Staphylococcus aureus positive rate of 65.5% and 55.6%, respectively, the enzyme-negative bacilli ampicillin and carbenicillin are highly resistant. The antibacterial effect of furciclovir against the drug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa was better than Azlocillin, Mezlocillin, Piperacillin, Carbenicillin, Ticarcillin and Ampicillin. Klebsiella pneumoniae and Enterobacter cloacae were highly sensitive to the third generation Cefamenoxime, Cefo-taxime, Ceftazidim and Moxalactam with MIC90 of 0.125-2μg / ml. Third-generation cephalosporin anti-Pseudomonas aeruginosa role, of which the strongest role of Ceftazidime. Staphylococcus aureus, the generation of cephalosporins antibacterial effect is better than the third generation cephalosporins.
