目的研究北五味子果实低极性部位的主要化学成分。方法北五味子果实用95%乙醇热提取,提取液用石油醚萃取得到石油醚部位,运用GC-MS法对其主要成分进行检测,所测结果与标准谱库进行对比分析,用峰面积归一法计算各个成分的相对含量。结果鉴定了53种化学成分,相对含量较高的有香树烯氧化物(1),约占16.26%;2-(4a,8-二甲基-1,2,3,4,4a,5,6,7-八氢萘烯)-2丙烯-1-醇,约占13.35%;别香枝烯氧化物(2),约占11.57%。结论北五味子果实(未粉碎)低极性部位主要化学成分以倍半萜类化合物为主,约占88.63%;十八烷基磺酰氯、柠檬烯-6-醇三甲基乙酸盐、甲酸橙花叔醇酯、7-表-顺-倍半香桧烯水合物、corymbolone、顺式-表-α-檀香醇、platambin、桉油烯醇、喇叭烯氧化物(Ⅱ)、1-氧化双环外雪松烯、9-异丙基1-甲基-2-亚甲基-5-杂氧三环[5.4.0.0(3,8)]十一烷、棕榈酸甲酯、雌二醇、丹皮酚都是首次从该植物中发现。
Objective To study the main chemical components of the low polarity part of Schisandra chinensis fruit. Methods The fruits of Schisandra chinensis were extracted with 95% ethanol and the extract was extracted with petroleum ether to get the petroleum ether fraction. Conclusion The main chemical components of the low polarity part of Schisandra sphenanthera fruit are mainly sesquiterpenoids, accounting for 88.63%; octadecyl sulfonyl chloride, limonene-6-ol trimethylacetate, formic acid orange Catembolone, cis-epi-e-santalol, platambin, eucalyptol, terpene oxide (II), 1-oxide bicyclo Extrinsic cedrene, 9-isopropyl 1-methyl-2-methylene-5-oxacyclohepta [5.4.0.0 (3,8)] undecane, methyl palmitate, estradiol, Phenol was found from this plant for the first time.
