采用内容分析法对近十年(2002—2012)国内关于校长教学领导力理论层面的文献进行分类、比较、分析,从校长作为教学领导的主体、领导什么、怎样领导三个维度展开述评,以期了解现有研究进展,并进一步明确新的研究方向。发现目前国内研究者已能初步回答中小学校长教学领导究竟该“领导什么”和“怎样领导”这两个问题。
Content analysis is used to classify, compare and analyze domestic literatures on the theory of teaching leadership of principals in recent ten years (2002-2012), from principal to principal of teaching leadership, what to lead and how to lead the three dimensions to start a review Understand the current research progress, and further clarify the new research direction.
