目的了解杭州市萧山区游泳场所水质卫生状况,为提高其卫生质量,保障游泳人群健康提供科学依据。方法水样按照GB/T 18204-2000《公共场所卫生标准检验方法》检验,检验结果根据GB 9667-1996《游泳场所卫生标准》进行评价。结果萧山区2011-2014年游泳池水质监测总合格率为75.8%,各年度合格率分别为77.6%、78.5%、84.4%和61.5%。游泳池水各检测指标总体合格率从高到低依次为浑浊度(99.8%)、p H值(99.6%)、大肠菌群(98.9%)、细菌总数(96.2%)、尿素(89.4%)和游离性余氯(86.8%)。各年度浸脚池水游离性余氯合格率分别为92.9%、76.5%、90.7%和95.3%。酒店内设、居民区所设、体育/健身中心3种不同类型游泳池水合格率差异具有统计学意义。结论杭州市萧山区游泳场所水质卫生还需提升,游泳场所应科学使用消毒剂、定期换水;卫生监督机构加强培训与监管,保障游泳人群健康。
Objective To understand the hygienic condition of swimming pool in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou City, and to provide a scientific basis for improving the health quality and ensuring the health of swimming population. Methods Water samples were tested in accordance with GB / T 18204-2000 “Sanitary Standard Test Method in Public Places”, and the test results were evaluated according to GB 9667-1996 “Sanitary Standards for Swimming Pools”. Results The overall qualification rate of swimming pool water quality monitoring in Xiaoshan District in 2011-2014 was 75.8%. The pass rates in each year were 77.6%, 78.5%, 84.4% and 61.5% respectively. The overall pass rates of swimming pool water from high to low were turbidity (99.8%), p H value (99.6%), coliform bacteria (98.9%), total number of bacteria (96.2%), urea Free residual chlorine (86.8%). The annual pass rate of free chlorine in immersed foot water was 92.9%, 76.5%, 90.7% and 95.3% respectively. There are significant differences among the three types of swimming pools in the hotel, in the residential area, and in the sports / fitness center. Conclusion It is necessary to improve the water quality and sanitation of swimming places in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou. The swimming places should use disinfectants scientifically and change the water periodically. The health supervision agencies should strengthen the training and supervision so as to ensure the health of swimmers.
