针对洪灾淹没范围分析及逃生路线计算问题,以辽河河段赵家滩险工为例,应用数字高程模型(DEM)生成网格,通过给定洪水总量,在假定淹没水面为平面的情况下,利用ArcGIS VBA计算得到洪水淹没范围和水深。在此基础上划分避难单元、布置安置点。根据Dijkstra算法结合路权函数计算并选取最短路径,为该河段在面临洪灾时避难撤离提出了总体方案。
Aiming at the flood inundation range analysis and escape routes calculation, taking the Zhaojiatan workers in Liaohe River section as an example, the grids are generated by digital elevation model (DEM). Given the total amount of floods, under the assumption of submerged water surface, Use ArcGIS VBA to calculate flood inundation range and water depth. Based on this, the shelter unit should be divided and the settlement site should be arranged. According to the Dijkstra algorithm and the right-of-way function, the shortest path is calculated and selected, and the overall scheme is proposed for the evacuation of the river section in the event of a flood.
