目的:比较不同年级军医大学学生心理健康状态,为学员队工作提供基础资料.方法:整群抽样抽取本校医疗本科一、三、五年级共418名学员,以中队为单位集中发给症状自评量表(SCL-90)填写完成.结果:随着入校时间的延长,所得总分,各因子评分及阳性项目数呈显著递减趋势(P<0.01).不同年级阳性症状人数所占比例也随着年级升高而减少(P<0.01);一年级学生总分阳性(≥160分)者达36.6%,各因子分阳性者(≥2分)也都在10%以上,其中强迫症状、人际关系、抑郁及敌对情绪等因子分阳性者高达30%以上.结论:军校大学生在刚入校时由于对新环境适应不佳,可能出现较多的心理问题,随着年级升高,对环境适应增强,个体心理发育逐步完善,心理健康状况也逐渐好转.教育工作者应针对不同时期学员的心理健康状况,有的放矢,帮助学生维持健康的心理状态,预防各种心理疾病的发生,顺利完成学业.
OBJECTIVE: To compare the mental health status of military medical university students in different grades and to provide basic information for the work of the student team.Methods: A total of 418 students from the first, third and fifth grade of medical undergraduate school were collected by cluster sampling, (SCL-90) were completed.Results: With the extension of school hours, the total score, the score of each factor and the number of positive items showed a significant decreasing trend (P <0.01) .The proportion of positive symptoms in different grades (P <0.01).
