制备了由Fe04粉、Ni/Al粉和超细铝粉组成的Fe04基一次喷涂粉末,用抛光至镜面的试样研究了喷涂层的形成特征,用XRD、SEM对其等离子喷涂层的组织与相结构进行了分析。结果表明:Fe04基一次喷涂层中出现FeO4高温生成相Fe13Mo2B5,涂层与基体的结合为机械、微冶金结合;其结合强度比Fe04等离子喷涂层提高了93.2%,耐磨性比Fe04喷涂层提高了84%。
The Fe04-based primary spray powder composed of Fe04 powder, Ni / Al powder and ultra-fine aluminum powder was prepared. The formation characteristics of the sprayed layer were studied by using the sample polished to the mirror surface. The microstructure of the plasma sprayed layer Phase structure was analyzed. The results show that Fe13Mo2B5 phase is formed in the first sprayed coating of Fe04, the combination of coating and substrate is mechanical and micro metallurgical bonding, the bonding strength is 93.2% higher than that of Fe04 plasma spray coating, and the wear resistance is higher than that of Fe04 spray coating 84%.
