建立北京地区的居住建筑模型,采用DeST-h居住建筑能耗模拟软件,以建筑耗热量指标作为判别标准,计算分析行为节能(室内温度9:00—18:00设定为6℃,其他时段设定为18℃)对三步节能、二步节能居住建筑的节能促进作用。对于三步节能建筑,实施行为节能前后的建筑耗热量指标分别为14.3、13.7 W/m~2,下降幅度为4.2%。对于二步节能建筑,实施行为节能前后的建筑耗热量指标分别为20.2、18.9 W/m~2,下降幅度为6.4%。
The residential building model in Beijing area is established.
