我国在80年代先后设立的五个经济特区,既吸收了国际自由贸易区和出口加工区的经验,又具有以工业为主、工贸结合、各业并举的综合性经济特区的中国特色,并表现为这么几方面的共同点:一是都处在南部中国沿海地带;二是都享受大体差不多的优惠政策;三是经济结构有较大的相似之处。但从地理位置上看,深圳紧靠香港、珠海毗邻澳门、厦门邻近台湾,而且利用中央政策和制定特区的政策也各有特色。再加上原有的基础不同,五个经济特区在发展过程中呈现出较大的差别。下面我们从七个方面展开一些分析。 一、经济增长速度上的差异
