目的 :观察毫米波 (mmW )对培养人舌鳞癌细胞贴壁率的影响。方法 :对人舌鳞癌细胞用频率为 3 6.9GHz、功率密度为 10mW /cm2 的毫米波进行照射 ,观察对其影响 ,并以细胞计数法测定细胞贴壁率的变化。同时以抗癌剂槲皮素 (Quercetin ,QUE)为阳性对照 ,观察联合应用有无协同效应。结果 :Tca8113细胞经mmW 10 .0mW /cm2 连续作用 5d后消化传代 ,细胞贴壁率与对照组相比有明显减少 ,差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1) ;和槲皮素联合应用有协同效应。结论 :毫米波辐射能降低舌癌细胞的贴壁率 ,有可能阻断癌细胞的转移和浸润。
Objective: To observe the influence of millimeter wave (mmW) on the attachment rate of human tongue squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: Human tongue squamous carcinoma cells were irradiated with millimeter wave with a frequency of 3 6.9GHz and a power density of 10mW / cm2. The effect of the irradiation on the cells was observed. The cell adhesion rate was measured by cell counting. At the same time, the antitumor agent Quercetin (QUE) was used as a positive control to observe the synergistic effect of combination therapy.
