小学班级管理工作是小学教育工作的重要内容,其任务具有艰巨性。班级管理工作的有效开展有利于促进学生全面发展,培养学生的个性。所以,班主任做好班级管理工作具有很大的现实意义,形成良好的师生沟通方法是做好班级管理工作的首要前提,在班级管理时教师要采用正确的沟通方法。因此,本文主要阐述提高小学班主任班级管理沟通艺术的具体方法,为小学班主任班级管理工作提供合理的参考意见。
Primary school class management is an important part of primary education and its task is arduous. The effective management of class work is conducive to promoting the all-round development of students and cultivating students’ individuality. Therefore, the class teacher do a good job of class management has great practical significance, the formation of a good method of communication between teachers and students is the first prerequisite for doing class management, teachers in the class management to adopt the correct method of communication. Therefore, this article mainly expounds how to improve the class-level management communication art of primary school teachers and provides reasonable reference for class-level management of primary school teachers.
