目的:探讨局部微波联合治疗对机体免疫功能的影响。方法:以2450MHz、915MHz微波,将微波组织凝固(MTC)与微波透热(MD)联合治疗中心型支气管肺癌,于治疗前后观察相关免疫指标的变化,并与对照组进行同期比较。结果:治疗组在微波治疗后1周,T淋巴细胞亚群、淋巴细胞转化率等有明显提高,可溶性白细胞介素2受体(sIL-2R)则下降,而对照组则无明显变化。结论:MTC联合MD能有效的促进机体的细胞免疫功能
Objective: To investigate the effect of local microwave combined therapy on immune function. Methods: The central bronchial carcinoma was treated with microwave coagulation (MTC) and microwave diathermy (MD) at 2450MHz and 915MHz microwaves. The changes of relevant immune indexes were observed before and after treatment and compared with the control group. Results: In the first week after microwave treatment, T lymphocyte subsets and lymphocyte transformation rates were significantly increased in the treatment group, soluble interleukin 2 receptor (sIL-2R) decreased, while the control group had no significant change. Conclusion: MTC combined with MD can effectively promote cellular immune function
