这是本刊记者在:北京阜成路拍摄的一组图片,短短的一个小时,记者按快门的手指就没有停止过,各种交通违规应接不瞩,即便周边数位交通协管员和交警同时在维持交通秩序,还是不能阻止人们挑战着生命的红线。行人和驾驶人普遍都存在着一种心照不宣的侥幸心理,红灯没车也能过,没有探头开车也能超速。就是这样在这样的心理作用下,一条条鲜活的生命结束在生猛的马路之上。“零伤亡”是一个系统工程,但毋庸置疑的是,提升道路参与者的安全意识是当务之急。
