经济全球化的今天,越来越多的企业通过重组的方式寻求更大的发展。然而,重组后的企业面临着诸多问题,其中尤为突出的是企业的文化重构问题。本文阐述了企业重组文化重构的重要性及文化重构的重重误区,随后从沙因组织文化理论的视角出发,分析不同文化层次对重构企业的影响,最后基于沙因组织文化的视角提出重组企业文化重构的对策建议。
Nowadays, with the globalization of economy, more and more enterprises seek greater development through restructuring. However, after the reorganization of the enterprise is facing many problems, one of the most prominent is the issue of corporate culture reconstruction. This article elaborates the importance of corporate restructuring culture and the misunderstanding of cultural reconstruction. Then it analyzes the influence of different cultural levels on the reconstruction of enterprises from the perspective of Shayne organizational culture theory. Finally, based on Shayne organizational culture, Countermeasures and Suggestions on Restructuring Corporate Culture.
