目前,有不少的汽车修理厂,因修理手段的限制,在更换发动机气缸套时,多采用锤击或用压力机压人的方法。此两种方法对半成品的缸套(镶入缸套后再进行镗削)是可行的,但对一些新型发动机的干式缸套(尤其是进口车的)就不可取了。这些发动机的干式缸套已是成品,其内外粗糙度Ra<0.8μm,壁厚仅1~2mm,按照装配工艺要求,需把它放入液氮气柜中冷却后方可镶入缸体承孔中。如果采用锤击或用压力机压入的方法,是极易使该缸套变形的,我们有过教训。
