检察机关职务犯罪“侦防一体化”机制,是对当前专业化侦查与专业化预防机制的有益补充,也是适应反腐败新形势、应对当前职务犯罪侦查和预防工作新情况的需要。借助对茂名市检察机关的实践考察,“侦防一体化”机制产生实效,然而在宏观和微观上还存在着一定的问题。对此提出了整合并完善检察机关反贪以及预防部门机能;改进业务考核评价体系、充分发挥激励机制的作用等设想,完善“侦防一体化”机制,提升检察机关侦防工作的能力与水平,从而为推进我国法治进程发挥应有作用。
