日本新闻界选用新员工,不拘一格,新闻系毕业生没有任何专业优势。日本新闻界已形成普遍共识:新闻从业人员应该知识结构多元化,每家媒体都有自身特点,任何一所大学都不可能提供符合本单位需求的毕业生。
The selection of new employees in the Japanese press is eclectic, and journalism graduates do not have any professional advantage. The Japanese press has reached a general consensus that journalists should have a diversified knowledge structure and each media has its own characteristics. It is impossible for any one university to provide graduates who meet the needs of their own units.
