教育改革的成功与否决定于教师,教育质量的高低取决于教师。我们认为:当一个具备了研究与思考品质的教师群体去研究与思考教育;当一支以孩子发展为本,不断反思自己、改变自己、超越自己的教师队伍,勇敢地承担可持续发展的教育重任时,孩子可持续发展的目标的实现就有望了。于是我们将师资队伍建设作为课程实施的根;让每一位教师一生中辉煌的业绩产生于教育看作是稳步推进课改的主课题。
The success or failure of education reform depends on teachers, the quality of education depends on the level of teachers.
