卵巢上皮(OSE)是被覆在卵巢表面的单层扁平或立方细胞,被视为与腹膜的间皮层相连续的盆腔间皮,其详细生物学特性在许多方面仍是未知。与大多数的正常上皮不同,它是一个分化程度相对较低的不定向的细胞层,表达间充质和上皮的典型标记物,在环境因素的作用下可以分化成多种细胞类型。
Ovarian epithelium (OSE) is a monolayer of flattened or cuboidal cells coated on the surface of the ovary and is considered as a pelvic mesothelial that is continuous with the peritoneal mesothelial layer. Its detailed biological properties are still unknown in many ways. Unlike most normal epithelia, it is a non-directional cell layer with a relatively low degree of differentiation, a typical marker for mesenchymal and epithelial cells that can differentiate into multiple cell types under the influence of environmental factors.
