建立板带轧制的非对称模型 ,分析轧制过程中轧件变形规律 ,以及热轧带钢的生产过程中板带头部弯曲的产生机理。进而通过热轧过程的非对称模型的有限元仿真 ,研究了非对称参数与板带头部弯曲曲率的关系 ,为热轧过程的自动控制提供了依据。
The asymmetric model of strip rolling was established. The deformation rules of rolled strip during the rolling process were analyzed, and the bending mechanism of strip head in the process of hot strip rolling was analyzed. Furthermore, the relationship between the asymmetry parameters and the bending curvature of the strip head is studied through the finite element simulation of the asymmetric model in the hot rolling process, which provides a basis for the automatic control of the hot rolling process.
