我国警察机关传统的激励手段在加强警察队伍管理,提高警察工作效能上发挥着重要作用,但在激励对象、内容、方法等方面还存在缺陷;近几年各级警察管理层包括警察管理实践中大胆运用激励理论,创新管理机制、手段和措施,大力实施环境、目标、榜样、危机激励,产生了积极的激励效果。由于我国警察职业的特殊性、激励理论研究环境的局限性和市场经济建立对警察激励的影响,激励理论在警察管理实践中尚未得到充分发展。为此,要树立正确的人生观、价值观,强化警察教育激励;激发警察对正义的追求和渴望,完善职业激励;建立一个精神和物质激励有机结合的警察特殊保障体系。
The traditional means of motivation of police agencies in our country play an important role in strengthening the management of police forces and improving the effectiveness of police work. However, there are still some shortcomings in the aspects of motivation, content and methods. In recent years, police management at all levels, including police management practices Boldly using the incentive theory, innovating management mechanisms, means and measures, vigorously implementing the environment, goals, role models, and crisis incentives, and generating positive incentive effects. Due to the particularity of our country’s police profession, the limitation of the research environment of incentive theory and the influence of market economy on the police incentive, the incentive theory has not been fully developed in the police management practice. To this end, we must establish a correct outlook on life and values, and strengthen police education incentives; stimulate police pursuit of justice and desire, improve career incentives; and establish a special police security system combining spiritual and material incentives.
