随着国民经济的发展,人民群众对于医院的医疗手段和医疗环境的要求也越来越高,医院在社会需求不断发展的同时,对医院内部的后勤集团和管理部门也提出了更加大的挑战。医院的正常活动离不开资金的流动和后勤集团的管理,由于医院人员的流动性较大,管理过程较为复杂,医院后勤的经济核算能够很大程度上影响到医院成本和运营的管理。本文通过对医院后勤部门经济管理过程不规范、管理过程效率低下、劳动力闲置等方面存在的缺陷进行详细分析,说明了实行经济核算管理的迫切性,并提出相关医院后勤经济管理新模式的建议,以供参考。
With the development of the national economy, people’s demands for medical treatment and medical environment in hospitals are also getting higher and higher. As the social needs continue to evolve, the hospitals also pose even greater challenges to the logistics groups and management departments within the hospital . The normal activities of the hospital can not be separated from the flow of funds and the management of the logistics group. Because of the mobility of hospital personnel and the complicated management process, the economic accounting of hospital logistics can greatly affect the management of hospital costs and operations. This paper analyzes the defects of the logistics department of the hospital, such as the non-standard economic management process, the inefficient management process and the idle labor, which shows the urgency of the implementation of the economic accounting management and puts forward some suggestions on the new mode of logistics economic management in the hospital, for reference.
