当前,我国财政体制改革不断深入,在政府的财政支出中,财政专项支出的比重越来越大,涉及到关乎国计民生的重要方面。并且政府财政专项资金的投入对于我国经济发展方式的转变以及当前企业经济结构的调整起到积极的推进作用。政府财政专项资金对于我国目前经济社会发展的重要作用不言而喻,然而当下对政府财政专项资金的管理和具体运用依旧存在着问题,亟待解决。
At present, the reform of the financial system in our country continues to deepen. Among the government’s fiscal expenditures, the proportion of special financial expenditures is increasing, which involves important aspects concerning the national economy and the people’s livelihood. And the special government funds invested in the transformation of China’s economic development mode and the current economic restructuring of enterprises play a positive role in promoting. The special government finance funds for our country’s current economic and social development is self-evident, however, the current government special funds for the management and the specific use of the problem still exists, an urgent solution.
