柏拉图的《理想国》和《法律篇》的共同追求都是社会的和谐。前者揭示了全人类和谐的一些基础条件,后者则是国家和谐的设想,两者在对社会和谐的追求上是共同的,并不矛盾。社会主义国家因是人民当家做主、无势均力敌的对抗性矛盾也必定走向和谐。社会主义法治是社会主义社会和谐的方式和手段。所以,我们要把和谐的理念纳入法治之中,逐步克服社会主义社会中不和谐的因素,实现社会主义社会的和谐法治。
The common pursuit of Plato’s “ideal states” and “legal articles” are all social harmony. The former reveals some basic conditions for the harmony of all mankind, while the latter is a vision of national harmony. Both of them are common to the pursuit of social harmony and are not contradictory. Since the socialist countries are the people’s masters of the country, the confrontational contradictions that are evenly matched are bound to move towards harmony. Socialist rule of law is the way and means for the harmonious socialism. Therefore, we must incorporate the concept of harmony into the rule of law, gradually overcome the factors of discord in the socialist society and achieve the harmonious rule of law in the socialist society.
