女职工产假有何规定?女职工产假不少于90天,其中产前休假15天。难产的,增加产假15天。多胞胎生育的,每多生育一个婴儿,增加产假15天。女职工产假期间,用人单位参加生育保险的,由社会保险机构发给生育津贴;用人单位没有参加生育保险的,产假期间的工资由用人单位支付。女职工怀孕不满4个月流产的,给予15~30天产假;怀孕满4个月以上流产的,给予42天产假。产假期间,工资照发。
