站在新世纪的起点上,建设高科技新首钢,需要大批优秀青年人才。首钢青年也期待着在改革中贡献青春和智慧,在创造首钢辉煌中实现自身价值。自2000年4月首钢正式启动《首钢青年新世纪成才计划》以来,首钢团委逐渐建立健全了相应的工作机制,一大批优秀青年人才脱颖而出,为首钢青年职工综合素质的提高作出了贡献。据统计,2002年初首钢北京地区35岁以下青年职工中,大专、大学及以上文化程度的占18.2%,比2000年增加了3.3%。
Standing at the starting point of the new century, building a new high-tech Shougang Group requires a large number of outstanding young talents. Shougang Youth also looks forward to contributing their youth and wisdom in the reform and realizing their own values in creating Shougang’s glory. Since Shougang officially launched the “Shougang Youth New Century Talents Program” in April 2000, Shougang Communist Youth League gradually established and perfected its corresponding working mechanism, a large number of outstanding young talents stood out, and made contributions to the improvement of overall quality of young workers in Shougang Group. According to statistics, at the beginning of 2002, Shougang Beijing area accounted for 18.2% of the junior staff and 35 years of age with tertiary education, college education and above, an increase of 3.3% over 2000.
