本文针对策略型消费者和短视型消费者并存的市场,考虑两类消费者在购买决策中的不同行为特征,研究了提供产品服务系统的服务集成商的两阶段动态定价问题。构建了消费者购买决策与服务集成商定价决策的博弈模型,并运用逆向求解法得到两类消费者的最优购买策略和服务集成商两阶段的最优定价策略。最后,数值分析表明:随着策略型消费者的增多,两阶段的消费者总需求增加,但产品服务系统的降价幅度和服务集成商的两阶段总利润降低;随着服务价格比例的提高,产品服务系统两阶段的价差减小,总利润上升。
This paper studies the two-stage dynamic pricing of service integrators providing product service system considering the different behavior characteristics of the two types of consumers in purchasing decision-making for the coexistence of strategic consumers and short-sighted consumers. The game model of consumer purchase decision and service integrator pricing decision is constructed, and the optimal purchase strategy of two kinds of consumers and the optimal pricing strategy of service integrator are obtained by using the reverse solution method. Finally, the numerical analysis shows that with the increase of strategy consumers, the total demand of consumers in two phases increases, but the price reduction of product service system and the total profit of two phases of service integrators decrease. With the increase of service price ratio, Product service system two-stage spreads decrease, total profit rise.
