趋化因子广泛表达于母胎界面,并呈现多种特定的表达模式。滋养细胞、蜕膜淋巴细胞、基质纤维母细胞、血管内皮细胞均表达多种趋化因子及其受体。目前发现,趋化因子主要有4种表达模式:(1)散布于蜕膜基质细胞中;(2)集中表达于聚集成团的淋巴细胞或纤维母细胞;(3)表达于浸润性的细胞滋养细胞;(4)表达于子宫血管内皮细胞。部分趋化因子有多种表达模式。趋化因子通过与特异性受体结合,参与蜕膜淋巴细胞募集、血管重铸以及在胎盘分化过程中决定滋养细胞的增殖、分化、迁移和浸润。
Chemokines are widely expressed at the maternal-fetal interface and exhibit a variety of specific expression patterns. Trophoblast, decidual lymphocytes, stromal fibroblasts, vascular endothelial cells are expressed in a variety of chemokines and their receptors. It has been found that there are four major expression patterns of chemokines: (1) scattered in decidual stromal cells; (2) concentrated in lymphocytes or fibroblasts aggregated; (3) expressed in infiltrating cells Trophoblast; (4) expressed in uterine vascular endothelial cells. Some chemokines have multiple expression patterns. Chemokines determine the proliferation, differentiation, migration and invasion of trophoblasts by binding to specific receptors, participating in the recruitment of decidual lymphocytes, vascular recanalization, and placental differentiation.
