本文从活塞的受力状态和流体动力润滑分析着手,建立和开发了能较准确地模拟活塞二阶运动的计算程序。作为实例,运用此程序对S195型柴油机在运行中的活塞侧倾角和裙部上下端的横向运动轨迹进行了数值求解。经与实测对比,结果是令人满意的。此外,文中还对一些主要结构参数的影响也进行了分析。
This paper starts with the stress state of the piston and the hydrodynamic lubrication analysis, and establishes and develops a calculation program that can simulate the second-order piston movement accurately. As an example, this program was used to numerically solve the piston side inclination angle of the S195 diesel engine and the traverse trajectory of the upper and lower ends of the skirt. Compared with the measured results, the results are satisfactory. In addition, the article also analyzes the influence of some main structural parameters.
