当前,我国水泥行业已经出现全面产能过剩。中国建筑材料联合会、中国水泥协会发出了《认真落实政府工作报告精神,坚决遏制水泥新增产能,加快水泥转型升级的倡议书》,此倡议的提出,非常及时,也非常必要。山东作为水泥生产大省,产能过剩、产业结构不合理的问题已经凸显,必须认真贯彻落实《政府工作报告》精神,坚决控制增量,进一步优化存量,促进水泥行业加快转变发展方式,调整产业结构,以推动山东水泥行业科学健康发展。
