目的探讨“UL”形有限椎间隙开窗法治疗腰椎管狭窄症的手术适应证和临床效果。方法采用多阶段有限的“UL”形椎板间开窗法治疗腰椎管狭窄症101例，平均年龄53.7岁，平均病程6.8年。结果101例获得平均6.8年随访按Naika标准评定，优49例，良43例，可7例，差2例，优良率91.1%（92/101），有91.1%的病例术后临床症状均有明显改善，恢复日常生活和工作。结论对腰椎管狭窄症，若手术适应症掌握严格，本术式在减压过程中既减压彻底，又不影响腰椎的稳定性，是一个可靠的方法，加上康复治疗效果更好。“,” Objective:To discuss the indication and clinical therapeutic effects of lumber spinal stenosis with liminited“UL”shape laminectomy and surgical decompression.Method:101 cases of lumber spainal stenosis treated with multi-segment ‘UL’shape _limnactomy. Result: 101 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis undergoing multi-segment limited‘UL’shape_laminectomy fol owed up 6.8 years average, 49 were evaluated as excel ent ,43 as good ,7 as fair, 2 as poor according to the Nakai scale . The excel ent and good rate was 91.1/(92/101),The clinical symptoms of these cases were greatly improved and 91.1% of the pationts returned their preperative activities.Coclusion:‘UL’shape-laminectomy is effective method for lumbar spinal stenosis ,but the indication should be strictly limited ,the method is a minimal invasive threatment for spinal stability and easy to obtain thorough decompression. Plus rehabilitation treatment effect better.
