目的观察红光治疗仪联合消炎止痛膏治疗流行性腮腺炎的临床疗效及痊愈所需的治疗天数。方法将符合流行性腮腺炎诊断的40例患者随机分为治疗组20例和对照组20例, 治疗组采用红光治疗仪联合消炎止痛膏治疗加常规抗病毒及对症治疗,对照组只采用后两种治疗。于治疗时进行疗效评定,同时观察达到痊愈时所需的治疗天数。结果治疗组有效率为 90％,而对照组为70％,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0．05);在治愈天数上治疗组平均5．50 d, 而对照组平均8．58 d,两组比较有高度统计学意义(P<0．01)。结论用红光治疗仪联合消炎止痛膏治疗流行性腮腺炎能提高疗效和缩短病程,同时该治疗仪无副作用,价格便宜,操作方便,病人易于接受,值得推广。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of red light therapy instrument combined with anti-inflammatory analgesic cream in the treatment of mumps and the number of days required for recovery. Methods Forty patients with mumps diagnosis were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 20) and control group (n = 20). The treatment group was treated with red light therapy combined with anti-inflammatory and analgesic cream plus conventional anti-virus and symptomatic treatment, Two treatments. The curative effect was evaluated during treatment, and the number of days required for treatment to reach recovery was observed. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 90%, while that of the control group was 70%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The mean cure time was 5.50 days in the treatment group and 8 in the control group. 58 d, the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusions The treatment of mumps with the combination of red light therapy and anti-inflammatory analgesic cream can improve the curative effect and shorten the course of the disease. At the same time, the therapeutic instrument has no side effects, is cheap, easy to operate and easy to be accepted by patients and is worthy of promotion.
